Training Begins In Feb
The Irish are currently holding Captain's Practices at Washington and Lee High School at 7 pm. Bring cleats and running shoes. Training officially begins on Feb 21st. Please check our "Practice" page for more details.

Irish Finish 2nd in MARFU South
The Washington Irish finished the Fall 2011 season in second place behind undefeated Rocky Gorge. The Irish will host either Wilmington RFC or Roses RFC on April 21st, 2012 in the MARFU Quarterfinals.

Casino Night 2011 Announced
The Irish will be hosting their annual black tie fundraiser on November 19th at James Hoban's Restaurant on Dupont Circle. Irish Defeat Severn River
The Washington Irish RFC traveled to Severna Park, MD to take on the Severn River RFC over the weekend. Through a hard fought and high scoring match the Irish emerged victorious with a final score of 43-34.
